Restaurant Supervisor – Immediate start
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant: breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service. You are responsible for ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of care and service in line with our customer care policy. You are expected to efficiently train staff as well as ensuring that you have a productive and positively motivated team. You are a confident and natural host and ensure that all guests have a wonderful dining experience. You will have a keen interest in food and a good knowledge of wine. 
 
Front of House Porter – February start
As you are often the first point of contact you should have a smart, appearance and the natural, professional ability to welcome guests into the hotel. You will assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Front of House, escorting guests to their rooms, handling luggage, organising and serving drinks from the whisky bar and providing all guests with a friendly, efficient and professional service in a safe and comfortable environment.   You will ensure the front of house is always clean and tidy and guests needs and requirements are met and wherever possible exceeded.
 
Waiter/ess – February start
Assist with the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant and room- service. Providing all guests with a friendly, efficient and professional table service in a safe and comfortable environment. Able to deliver a fine-dining service to all guests in line with hotel objectives. You must have a relaxed and pleasant manner and the ability to make guests feel special. 
 
Housekeeper – February start
Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of all bedrooms and public areas. Providing all guests with a friendly, efficient and professional housekeeping service in a safe and comfortable environment. Responsible for delivering the highest standard of housekeeping service to all customers in line with Hotel objectives
 
Inn – Management Couple – February start
As a management couple of Chef and front of house manager you both will be able to manage the award winning Inn. You are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Kitchen, restaurant and bar ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of care and service. You are expected to efficiently train staff as well as ensuring that you have a productive and positively motivated team. You must be able to meet budgets and occupancy levels and drive the business forward.  Cottage provided.
 
Kitchen Porter – March start
Responsible for ensuring that the kitchen, floors, work areas, utensils and crockery are hygienically clean. Maintain a safe and secure working environment. Assist the chefs on day to day food prepration.
 
Chef de partie – March start
Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the organisation of your section, to at least a two rosette standard. Assist with providing a consistent standard for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Contribute to ensuring the highest level of hygiene over and above statutory requirements.
