Glorious Cheese - Friday 6th and Saturday 7th March 2009
After our success as Winner of Best Cheese Board at the 2007 British Cheese Awards and building on the success of our first event in 2008, we are again offering a cheese master class from renowned cheese expert Julia Harbutt. Amazingly she will be supported by Alex James, formerly a band member with Blur, but now an artisan cheese maker from the Cotswold. As two prominent members of the cheese revolution taking place in Britain, it is a great opportunity to experience the world of cheese.
Exact details of the weekend are being confirmed, however it will without doubt be inspirational, informative and designed for anyone who loves food and wants to develop a knowledge of cheese and food. |  |
